Eat Like A Goddess



Hello Friends!!! Thank you SO much for being interested in this Free 5 Day Eat Clean Challenge. Eating clean was the kick start for me in my health and fitness journey. Over the past 5 years (yikes) I've learned as much as I could, applied what worked for me, and waded through TONS of bad advice. Over those 5 years I lost a whopping 100 lbs!!! So I like to think that what I discovered WORKS!!

Best part is that it isn't crazy!! Most things I eat come straight from the regular grocery store. I have three kids so I still need to keep things simple, yummy, and of course healthy!! It isn't time consuming (again, 3 kids here, I'm SO not slaving away all day in a kitchen).

When I was ready to give birth to my 3rd child, my daughter, I tipped the hospital scale at 278 lbs!!!!!! It was a horrible moment for me. Shortly after she was born I decided to grab a hold of my life and make it a 180 degree turn the opposite direction. Obesity ran in my family and I didn't want that for myself anymore. I went from being an obese couch potato to living a healthy, full, and active life.  I love reaching out to other mothers and coaching them to better living. Teaching that you CAN eat healthy and fit fitness into your daily lives. And that it benefits not only YOU but those around you.

How It Works?

All of my groups take place right on Facebook which makes it easy to share with you and have you share with the group too!! Food pix are always welcome. It's also a private group so no one will know you're doing it (although they might notice your brighter skin and smile and smaller waistline). 

Expectations

This really depends on you. I really feel that the support group format is one of THE most important parts of any kind of journey. It IS also a challenge after all. But a personal challenge. You do what you feel comfortable with. But remember in many ways you get out of something what you put into it. You are expected to be committed even if you aren't a frequent sharer. 

Cost?

ZERO!!!! Yes, really. I run my 5 Day Eat Clean Challenges because clean eating is something that I am passionate about. It was critical in my weight loss. While I'm a fitness junkie I know that I can't ever outwork a bad diet. It's the cliched lifestyle. 

The only cost that IS involved is buying your own groceries to fit with the 5 Day Meal Plan that is provided to you. That will always vary between locations, how many you're cooking for, what you may already have in your pantry. You get the picture.
